Ordering
PayPal Shopping Cart Problems with Apple Browsers
Users ordering using browsers(e.g. Safari) on apple products sometimes experience an issue where all items in their PayPal cart disappear after a minute or so. The Paypal cart uses cookies to cache a users order until they checkout. The browser is discarding these cookies prematurely causing this issue. There may be a way to configure the browser to maintain the cookies for the ValveStorm and PayPal sites to avoid this problem. If you figure out what these settings are in Safari, please let us know. One workaround is to use different browser software to complete the purchase.
Shipping
We generally ship USPS Priority Mail. Within the US, heavier items(e.g. steel chassis) can be shipped for much less with UPS. The shipping calculated in the PayPal shopping cart is an estimate only. If additional shipping is required we will contact you. Excess shipping and handling charges will be refunded.
Most US orders will ship in a Small Flat Rate box for $8.05.
Many International orders will ship in a Small Flat Rate box for $38.95.
Returns
There will be 15% re-stocking fee for returned items. Items cut to length(e.g. wire) cannot be returned. If an item is received in a damaged condition this must be reported within 24 hours of delivery.
